Im a Saiyan but when it says go to Cui I got to him then my ship comes down then I jump in it,after that I goes into the air then I cant do anything like it doesnt even show a loading screen,can someone tell me what is wrong?

Primary Forrest map on sayjan (Server Star 1) doesnt work! Charracters stuck at this map....

I just downloaded this game today started playing it the server kept on logging me out and crashing and now its wont letting me login its saying that my password or username is incorrect. I waited the 20 minutes after trying to log to many times and then it worked right away but it went to a different character and a different username... tried again later same thing happened couldn`t log in and try the forget password but you have to put in your old password to make the new one.. if its not letting me log in with my old password how can i make a new one??
