I had so much fun playing this game and played for a few weeks, but that all came crashing to an end when I received a notification in-game asking me to update. The update redirected me to the game website and after initiating the update, the download would only get about 2/3 of the way through and then I would get an error message on my phone saying "Dragon Ball Online could not be downloaded at this time". I have retried multiple times with no success. I then had to delete the app and re-download from the App Store. After re-downloading, I am now unable to access the game. All I get now is the loading screen in Vietnamese and it never goes any further than that. Like I said, I was loving the game so this is a huge disappointment not being able to play anymore. The App Store version is also way out of date compared to the other platform versions. It would be nice to get an English customer support page for the game too. Would have given the game 5 stars if the iPhone version wasnt so far behind and I could still access the game to play it.

The game wont let me play i would go on it and it would show a spinning dragon ball forever. But its a really great game its so fun it just has a few problems.i would love it so much if you could fix that.please

Please fix the bug where if you try to reinstall it you can never play it again. The bug causes the app to just load forever showing us Xin Cho and wont ever do anything except load. PLEASE UPDATE AND FIX THIS BUG URGENTLY, ITS BEEN OVER 3 MONTHS SINCE THIS BUG

I love the game its graphics are stunning but when its loading to get to the actual game it takes so long is that just a problem for me or everyone please fix this
